Top 10 tips to start your day happy

How do you start your day? Your morning affect the rest of your day, so if you start your day with some rituals that makes you happy, your day is more likely to be happy too.

So, here is a list of tips that can help you to start your days in future with happiness and joy! Let`s begin.

#10 Get enough sleep

Yes, we know it`s hard with all things you have to do. But try for a few nights to turn off the computer, TV and your phone. Also, go to sleep at a reasonable hour, ideally before midnight, and you will see the difference.

#9 Wake up a little earlier than usual

Try waking up 20 minutes earlier than usual. This will give you some free time and reduce the stress about being late for work. You will have a little time for yourself in morning to do something that makes you happy.

 

#8 Eat breakfast

Breakfast is the most important meal, and it would be good for you to start a routine of eating healthy breakfast every morning. It will give you energy and you will be happier during most part of the morning.

#7 Stretch

If you don`t have time for quick jogging in the morning, doing a few stretching exercises will also do the trick. You won`t need more than few minutes for this, but it will make a great difference for your mood during the day.

#6 Listen to music

While you eat breakfast, brush your teeth or putting on makeup listen to a few of your favorite songs. It will instantly make you happier which will affect the rest of your day.

Hitting snooze is the worst thing that you can do. It messes up with your sleep cycle and leaves you groggy for at list another our. Try getting up after first ring, it will be hard in first, but you will quickly get used to it.

#4 Hidrate

Drink a glass of water as soon as you get up from bed. This will help your body and your mind.

#3 Leave your phone

Don`t grab your phone the moment you open your eyes. Emails and news can wait. Kiss your love one, or prepare a breakfast, meditate and use your phone when you are ready to leave house.

#2 Be positive

Think some positive thoughts and say out loud affirmation such as – I have a great day ahead of me. It will be wonderful, full of love and productivity. Everything is good and will be better.
